  2. Point of Contact for Authorities in the EU

    VeraSafe has been appointed as NEXON’s EU Digital Services Act (DSA) legal representative in the European Union, pursuant to Article 13 of the DSA. The European Union Member States’ competent authorities, the European Commission, and the European Board for Digital Services may contact VeraSafe on issues necessary for the receipt of, compliance with, and enforcement of decisions issued in relation to the DSA.   3. Point of Contact for Users in the EU

    In accordance with Article 12 of the DSA, users of our services may contact us for general inquiries and reporting illegal content via : NEXON Support

    If you have seen content on the games serviced by NEXON that you believe are unlawful or/and breach NEXON’s Terms of Services and End User License Agreement, fill out the form through Nexon Support link provided.

    When submitting a report, please select the relevant game title and include all required information. 

    Please complete the form in its entirety. If you submit an incomplete report, it may delay NEXON’s processing of the report or make NEXON unable to process your report. If you are reporting multiple, different content that you believe is unlawful, or multiple content by different users, please submit a separate report for each type of content and for each user. If you are reporting multiple instances of the same type of content by the same user, please submit those in the same report. 

    Each report is reviewed carefully and individually. If action is taken based on a report, we will provide a statement of reasons for the affected user or content provider. If you disagree with the outcome of a report or a penalty applied to your account, you may submit an appeal.
