Why don't I see the SMS verification option for my Nexon account?
Right now SMS verification is available only for accounts in the Global (WEST) region, but it is coming soon to our other regions.
How do I change the primary setting from SMS to Authenticator?
When you enable a verification method, that method is automatically set as the primary option. You can change this setting at any time from your Account Settings, on the Password & Security page (see Setting up SMS Verification).
Can I use SMS verification without a phone?
If you don't have access to your phone, or you changed your mobile number, you can use a different verification method, such as email, Authenticator App, or backup code, by selecting Use another method from the Verify Your Account window. After logging in, you can then disable SMS and re-enable it whenever you are ready. To change your mobile number, re-enable SMS security, and then select the change link to provide a different number (see Setting up SMS Verification).
How do I update my mobile number (missing change link)?
There is a 90-day waiting period after adding a new or changing an existing mobile number associated with your Nexon account. If the change link is missing, you can either try again at a later date or contact Customer Support via live chat for assistance (see Contacting Customer Support).
