You can either create a new account for your child, or add your child’s existing account to your parent account. In the Parental Controls dashboard, child accounts are listed as family members and you can have up to seven child accounts connected to your parent account.
This article describes how to add child accounts to your parent account either during Parental Controls setup, or from the Parental Controls dashboard in your Account Settings.

To add a child account to your parent account:
- Access the Create Child Account page.
Do either of the following:
- Immediately after providing VPC, click Proceed to Step 2 – Child Account Creation.
- Go to the Parental Controls dashboard and click Add a Child.
- Immediately after providing VPC, click Proceed to Step 2 – Child Account Creation.
- Do one of the following:
- Add an existing account
- Click log in to an existing one link.
- Enter your child’s email address, and then click Continue.
- Enter your child’s password, and then click Log In.
- Click log in to an existing one link.
- Create a new account
Note: You cannot change the selected country for your child’s account. This information is inherited from your parent account.
- (Optional) Click a social login, select your child’s social account, and then follow any on-screen instructions, as needed.
- Enter your child’s date of birth using the month, day, and year dropdown lists and then click Continue.
- Select I’m not a robot, and then click Continue.
- If using a social login, your child’s email from their social account is displayed. The new account also uses the same password as the social account.
If using an email login, enter the following information for your child:- Email address
- Password
- Full name
- Click Create a Nexon Child Account.
- Add an existing account
- For email logins, give your child the password you entered for their account so that they can log in.
You can now manage your child’s account from the Parental Controls dashboard and/or add additional child accounts to your parent account.
