If you have problems opening a game from the Nexon Launcher, or if you experience any other Nexon Launcher issues, you can package together a DirectX Diagnostic (DxDiag) report and Nexon Launcher debug logs and send them automatically to Customer Support. This information is used to diagnose errors, identify the cause of technical issues, and troubleshoot problems.
This article describes how to send your diagnostic data to Customer Support via the Nexon Launcher.

To send Nexon Launcher logs to Support:
- From the Nexon Launcher, log in to your Nexon account.
- From your account menu, click Launcher Settings.
- From the General tab, under Shortcuts, click Send diagnostic data.
A DxDiag report is generated and compiled with your Nexon Launcher debug logs. Then, the diagnostic data is made available to Customer Support. - Open a ticket for support and note that you sent diagnostic data from the Nexon Launcher. For more information about opening a ticket, see Contacting Customer Support.
Customer Support will review your ticket and the associated diagnostic data. After troubleshooting the issue, they will reply to your ticket with further assistance or additional questions, as needed.
