Nexon games require at least one graphics card so that players can enjoy the gaming experience. Updating the driver for your graphics card, or cards, can improve your PC’s performance and fix technical issues, such as latency, game crashes, bad frame rates, fragmented visuals, or seeing a white or black screen when opening a game.
Before updating your driver you should check:
- Your computer’s specifications to ensure that it meets or exceeds the recommended system requirements for Nexon games (see Recommended Specifications).
- For driver updates via Windows Update. These are usually optional updates that you can selectively install at your convenience (see Using Windows Update).
This article describes how to find your computer’s graphics card information and use it to search for the appropriate driver updates.
Important: To install driver updates you must have full administrator rights. |

Do one of the following:- Click Start to access the Search box (if hidden), type dxdiag, and then select the DxDiag Run command.

- Click other numbered display tabs (Display 2, Display 3, and so on), if needed, to collect additional information.

You can now use this information to find, download, and install the appropriate updated driver for your graphics card.
Searching for driver updates
Using your product information, you can search for the latest driver updates from the manufacturer’s website. Many sites have a page specifically for their drivers and others have driver downloads on their Support page. A few of the most common manufacturers are AMD, Intel, and Nvidia.
Note: Some manufacturers offer a standalone application for their products, like Nvidia’s GeForce Experience. You may want to install and use this type of app to receive notifications when an updated driver is available and to install new updates.
To search for driver updates:
- Go to the manufacturer’s website and find the driver download/support page.
- Search for your product, which is usually the chip type, and look for the recommended driver. Check the version and release date against your current driver.
